As the name implies this is an elegant cake supported on a floating stand. Each tier has an individually crafted white sugar rose sculpted to the dimensions of the tier. Each rose is complimented with feathers, ribbon loops and crystal like droplets. The sides are trimmed with sugar swags.
 
The tiers are 4", 6", 8" and 10".
