| You have many cakes on display do I need to choose one of your designs? | No. The cakes on show here and in our shop are for information only. We work with you to create a cake that complements your special day. |
| I have my own ideas can you incorporate them into the cake. | We will discuss fully your requirements. We will give you truthful feedback on you ideas and work with you to get as close to your dream as is possble. |
| Where do your base cakes come from? | We pride ourselves in baking the cakes on the premises to our own recipes. We bake them in a household oven for that true home baked taste. We do not use packet mixes nor do we buy in from large industrial bakeries. |
| How Fresh are your cakes? | We bake our cakes just in time for your occassion. We do not freeze any of our cakes as we beleive you deserve a fresh cake. You will often smell the cakes baking when you come into our shop. |
| What do you decorate the cakes with? | The figures and flowers on our cakes are handcrafted from sugar paste by the designers on site. You can bring in your own fresh flowers if for example you require to match your bouquet. Feathers, crystals etc. are quality products. |
| Can we pay up our cake in installments? | All cakes require a minimum £20 (for cakes less than £100) or 25% deposit (for cakes over £100) on ordering. You will be given a final payment date and you can pay off as you go along. |
| When do I need to order by? | Due to the fact that we bake the cake just for you we need advance warning. During our busy periods weeks fill up quickly so we recommend that you book your day by placing a deposit ASAP to avoid disappointment. |
| Do your cakes contain Nuts? | The only cakes that contains nuts is our fruit or carrot cake. However, we do use nuts and marzipan on the premises so there may be traces of nuts. We can remove nuts from recipes. |
